Corazones Muertos
Corazones Muertos is a punk rock band formed by Brazilian and Argentine musicians, active for over two decades with influences from Ramones, Sex Pistols, The Clash, and Rolling Stones. They've opened shows for CJ Ramone, Richie Ramone, Dave Evans (AC/DC), and The Hellacopters. For their fifth studio album (Livin' Dead Stories) - a tribute to '77 punk with raw, urban sound - the band wanted a "Skull Heart" with a knife piercing through.
We created a stencil-style illustration evoking street art and punk rock essence, combined with a handmade logo featuring aggressive yet playful visuals, capturing the band's energy and authenticity. The color palette and graphics were inspired by classic covers from Ramones, Clash, and Sex Pistols, creating a direct visual connection to punk roots.
The visual identity perfectly connected two decades of road experience with the raw energy of '77 punk, resulting in album artwork that resonates with both longtime fans and the new generation, consolidating the band's position as legitimate representatives of Latin American punk rock tradition.
