
Swamp Lullabies
A local brewery wanted to launch a dark, higher-alcohol beer outside their conventional catalog, with communication that conveyed "Beware, this beer is strong!" without making the product elitist.
We explored legends and mythologies to create engaging storytelling: "Swamp Lullabies" emerges from the idea that the swamp - a dangerous place that causes fear - invites you to taste a bitter melody, like the myth of sirens. To make it accessible, we opted for a playful visual approach with a stylized typographic logo and raven illustration, whose off-key song and black plumage echo the beer's color and strength. Everything is set in a swamp with mysterious waters, shadowy trees, and glowing fireflies. The nocturnal palette and impact typography - resembling warning signs - complete the concept: BEWARE OF THE SWAMP!
The brand created a unique territory in the beer market, balancing warning and invitation through storytelling that sparks curiosity without creating barriers, allowing both connoisseurs and beginners to feel attracted to the sensory experience promised by the swamp narrative.
